Freight Policies
Any order may be subject to Freight Charges. You will be notified prior to your orders release of any additional shipping charges that must be assessed.
Business Orders
When using a corporate credit card, the order can be shipped to any remote company location that is approved on your credit card. You must have your company contact
the credit cards service department to authorize the “ship to” address as a destination. Please include the billing address for that credit card. If your address is not approved you will be notified by

Personal Orders
When using a personal credit card, the order can only be received at the credit cards billing address, unless you authorize another “ship to” address as a destination. When sending an order to your place of business, family members address, freight forwarder, friends house, etc. you must submit to your credit card company the address you wish before the order will be verified for shipment.
Continental United States
We will ship via Carrier of your choice only as the best method of delivery for tracking and insuring your order. Freight is charged for all orders.

General Conditions of Delivery
We will ship by Carrier of your choice
as the best-cost shipping method unless specified by you. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will be subject to ALL freight charges at time of shipment. Verified credit card purchases will be shipped promptly, all others will not ship! You must include the phone # of the credit cards issuing bank in the comments area of the check out to insure a quick delivery. The only destination for your order will be the approved “ship to” address listed with the credit card. Duties, taxes and clearance and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Actual freight charges will be added to your credit card after shipping of the order.
Sorry, freight is not refundable. You are responsible for all freight charges, customs clearance and/or brokerage fees and any duties or taxes on your end.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary from Country to Country and with the delivery service you choose. Some deliveries may take up to 8 weeks or greater depending on where and how the item is shipped.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES SENT UNINSURED!
Carrier of your choice will insure packages to only a few destinations for additional costs. You are responsible for all freight charges, customs clearance and any duties or taxes on your end.
