Fulfillment & Distribution can handle orders from any source. Phone, fax,
mail or electronic orders are all handled with the same ease.
Electronic orders can be posted to our secure website for download,
downloaded from your web site, or sent via e-mail or data transfer.
We have the flexibility necessary to work with you and your requirements.
Our software can accommodate catalog requests, source codes, discounts,
commissions, royalties, continuity programs, composite items and much more.
Additionally, we handle invoicing and installment payments.
These features provide excellent tracking and reporting tools for your
business.
Orders are automatically checked for inventory availability and credit cards are
approved instantaneously, batched, or manually approved depending on your needs.
Funds are deposited directly into your Merchant Account.
Problem credit card orders can be reprocessed as often as you like and
notices can be sent.
After credit cards are authorized and orders pass all edits we process and batch
print pick tickets and invoices based on any variety of criteria.
Invoices are then sent to the warehouse floor with pick lists for picking
and packing.

Warehousing
& Inventory Control
Inventory
control starts with the receipt of your product in our warehouse and continues
until it’s out the door. New
product is counted and inspected for obvious damage and stored in our warehouse
on pallets or pick bins, as necessary. Our computerized perpetual inventory
tracks all receipts, adjustments and shipments for accurate inventory reporting.
Inventory reports are provided on a monthly, weekly or daily basis and
can be viewed on our secure website and printed as needed.

Once
orders hit the warehouse floor they are picked, packed and shipped on a daily
basis. Mixed pick & pack, Mass Mailings or product lay downs are
all handled in the same expedient manner. We
supply the packaging material or you can use your own if you have special
packaging requirements.
The weight of every shipment is pre-calculated in advance by our system and
verified on our production line during the shipping process.
Shipping charges can be calculated by a variety of methods. Our clients receive daily shipping manifests, complete with
shipping charges and tracking numbers.
We ship orders with most standard package carriers and freight companies such as
UPS, USPS and FedEx. Packages are
shipped daily on a scheduled basis per your routing instructions.
We can also determine the best shipping methods for your packages based
on criteria you provide. Penny has
developed special shipping rates with some carriers that allow us to pass the
savings on to our clients.

Although
nobody likes returns, they are an inevitable part of the fulfillment process. We provide complete returns and exchange processing.
Returns are received, processed and inspected daily.
Customer and inventory records are updated immediately and refunds or
replacements are generated.

Kit
Packaging: Multiple components and
parts are packaged to form a kit. For example, books and cd's that are
manufactured at two different locations and need to be assembled into sets
before they can be sold to stores or consumers. Tell us about your kitting

Shrink-wrapping:
